You will work closely with finance teams and business stakeholders to ensure compliance, improve processes,



and support continuous transformation initiatives.* You will execute testing and oversight of financial compliance controls.* You will monitor the financial control environment and identify potential risks.* You will perform risk and control assessments and support remediation actions.* You will coordinate activities with operational and finance stakeholders.* You will prepare and submit compliance reports aligned with regulatory requirements.* You will support internal and external audit activities.* You will maintain and update policies, procedures, and documentation.* You will monitor compliance KPIs and data quality metrics.* You will contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes, including the adoption of AI-driven solutions.Your profile* Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline.* At least 4 years of experience in Finance Compliance, Internal Audit, or External Audit roles.* Professional proficiency in English.* Experience working with large volumes of data and reporting tools.* Knowledge of Power BI or similar analytics solutions.* Experience leveraging AI-based tools to improve financial processes.* Understanding of risk assessment, interna
