PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The Integral Project Manager will lead the end‐to‐end deployment of Smart Store technology solutions across retail stores worldwide. This role is responsible for orchestrating cross‐functional delivery, ensuring successful implementation in diverse markets and owning the product roadmap to drive continuous improvement and innovation. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a deep understanding of retail operations within a complex,



fast‐paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Leads and coordinate the rollout of digital and in‐store technology across global locations (current focus for the role: clienteling / smart lockers)
Manages project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure on‐time and high‐quality delivery
Collaborates with regional teams, store operations, IT, digital and vendors to ensure seamless deployment
Develops / maintains standardized deployment methodologies, documentation and playbooks
Product Roadmap Ownership
Owns the strategic product roadmap for smart store technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer experience priorities
Gathers business requirements, customer insights, and operational feedback to prioritize enhancements
Partners with vendor, IT, digital, regional teams and operations to define release plans and ensure successful feature delivery
