What you will do
You will lead business-critical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality standards.
* Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
* Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful project execution.
* Create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance structures.




* Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks.
* Provide regular updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
* Ensure smooth implementation of project outcomes and successful handover to the business.
* Maintain clear project documentation in line with Nutreco standards.
* Promote collaboration, engagement, and accountability across project teams.
* Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in project management.
What you bring
* University degree in Engineering
* Proven experience managing projects in areas such as Operations, Engineering, Business Development, IT, Finance, HR, or similar.
* Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
* Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).
* Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeho
