The OpportunityThe Global Media & Consumer Activation team is looking for a Global Media Activation Graduate to support the implementation and market landing of Puig’s Media & Consumer Activation Operating Model.
This role will provide exposure to Global Brands, Regions, Markets, agencies and leading media and technology partners, while supporting media activation, innovation, strategic partnerships and performance tracking across channels.




What you'll get to doYour work will focus on supporting the team in translating the new operating model into practical materials, tools and processes that can be adopted by Regions and Markets.
You will contribute across social, search, programmatic, online video, connected TV, retail media, commerce and other media environments, while gaining exposure to partners such as Google, YouTube, Amazon Ads, Netflix , Disney+ between others.
Specifically, some of the functions will comprise:
- Support the preparation of market onboarding presentations, playbooks, templates and training materials.
- Help coordinate rollout activities with Regions, Markets and agency teams.
- Maintain project plans, implementation trackers, timelines and working documents.
- Support the development and maintenance of media activation guidelines, Trackers, Scorecards, Golden Rules and best-practice materials.
- Monitor new platform capabilities, media formats, audience solutions and industry trends.
