At Factorial we're looking for a new Founding Account Executive to help us support and scale our team to the next level. We are bringing a new product to market — one that started as an internal tool we built and used ourselves, proved out on our own commercial team, and is now going external for the first time. We can't share the specifics publicly yet, but here's what we can tell you: it's a new category for Factorial, it's already running and generating real usage internally, and it launches for the first time on September.

What you'll do
- Revenue generation and new business development for the launch
- Creating and executing the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demo, proposal, negotiation, close, handover — Leveraging all Factorial channels
- Building the sales motion itself: target segments, qualification criteria, messaging, and process




- Generating your own pipeline through all channels: inbound, outbound, partnerships, and any creative channel that works
- Translating what customers actually say into product feedback the founding team acts on, not just a support ticket
- CRM discipline, pipeline hygiene, forecasting — building the reporting muscle the next hires will inherit
- Helping define the sales standards and early GTM playbook this product scales on

What are we looking for?
- Fluent English, plus at least one of: Spanish, Portuguese, German, or Italian
- A track record of owning the full sales cycle — ideally in a founding, 0→1, or early-stage role where the motion didn't exist yet and you built it
- Strong B2B SaaS or tech sales background; comfort selling AI and unproven product is more important than years of experience
- Ability to work independently and build structure where little exists today
- Analytical enough to use pipeline data to improve your own ex
