What will you do?Deliver an exceptional customer service experience by providing high-quality support and exceeding customer expectations.
You don’t need a chemicals or manufacturing background — candidates from logistics, FMCG or similar sectors are welcome.
- Communicate with customers and colleagues across different countries
- Process and manage customer orders
- Provide updates on order status, shipments and deliveries
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Production and Sales teams
- Support quotation requests and customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
