Are you ready to shape your future with confidence? EY Global Delivery Services (GDS) is looking for a motivated Senior SOC Team Coordinator to join our Cyber Defense Center in Malaga, Spain. This senior position is intended for a candidate who can take ownership of operational coordination, provide guidance within the SOC team, and support the effective delivery of cybersecurity services in a 24x7 operational environment for German-speaking and international clients.
Your Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily activities within a 24x7 Security Operations Center.
Monitor security incident handling, ticket queues, and escalation activities.
Support the coordination of major incidents and critical security events.
Ensure smooth shift handovers and clear operational communication.
Support SOC analysts in day-to-day operational questions and prioritization.
Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of SOC processes, playbooks, and standard operating procedures.
Collaborate with customers, service managers, technical teams,



and international cybersecurity stakeholders.
Support reporting, quality assurance, audit-related activities, and service review preparation.

To qualify for the role, you must have

Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken, at C1 level or higher.
Good English communication skills for collaboration in a integral environment.
Knowledge of IT Security and Cyber Security principles.
