Job DescriptionThe Advisor I, B2B Sales position interfaces with customers via inbound calls, outbound calls, or Internet to sell products and services. Responsibilities include processing orders, selling products/services, and providing basic customer service support.
What you will do in this role
- Update the existing customer database and identify the right decision maker.
- Reach out to key contacts and qualify their interest for the two value propositions: business travel and meetings/events.
- Transfer the lead to internal sales teams (“group desks”) to set qualified meetings.
- Develop sales and profitability of the own customer portfolio according to account plans, portfolio & marketing plans, and country sales strategy.
- Develop customer experience through proactive sales work.
- Carry out management of client portfolio.

Your Qualifications & Skills
- Bilingual or proficient in Norwegian and English.
- Experience in prospecting and B2B customer management.




- Expertise in inside sales B2B activities.
- Outstanding negotiation skills (reactivation of sleeping customers, prospect & lead qualification, scheduling meetings, meeting tracking, product and solutions presentation).
- Self‑motivated and proactive attitude to develop new prospects and close deals.
- Ability to understand client needs.
- Quick learner and able to maintain comprehensive knowledge of client’s products and services.
- Knowledge and/or interest in the hotel industry (desired).
