About the role
Following our successful expansion into the U.S. and continued growth across Europe, we are seeking a Senior Director of Business Development to help drive our CRO commercial function from one of our hubs (Barcelona, New York or Austin).

As our Senior Director of Clinical Solutions, CRO, you will be a critical member of our commercial team,



responsible for driving growth, building relationships with CRO partners, and positioning Biorce as a category leader in AI for clinical development. This is a high‑impact role that combines strategy, sales, and client relationship management, with significant opportunity for career growth as our US and EU footprint expands.

Who We're Looking For
A commercially sharp operator with deep credibility in the CRO space. Someone who understands clinical trial processes inside out, has the network to open doors, and the drive to close them. This person should be able to work with full autonomy – owning their territory, generating their own pipeline, and representing Biorce at the highest levels of the industry.
