The Corporate Compensation & Benefits Consultant will serve as a strategic and operational partner to the CPO, leading key initiatives related to compensation architecture, benefits optimization, market competitiveness, and compensation governance across the organization.
This role requires a highly analytical and business-oriented professional capable of balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, ensuring compensation and benefits programs are aligned with organizational priorities, market practices, financial sustainability, and employee value proposition.
The consultant will play a critical role in assessing current compensation frameworks, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing practical and scalable solutions within a fast-paced corporate environment.
Responsabilities:
Analysis:Conduct a comprehensive assessment of the current compensation and benefits framework, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for enhancement.
Lead market benchmarking analyses to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity.
Develop recommendations regarding salary structures, pay positioning, grading frameworks, and compensation philosophy.
Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align compensation strategies with business priorities and workforce planning.
Salary Structures & Compensation Governance:
Design, review, and optimize salary bands, pay grades, compensation structures, and job architecture.
Evaluate job classifications and internal leveling consistency to support organizational alignment.
Support the development and enhancement of compensation policies, guidelines, and governance processes.
Provide recommendations regarding promotions, salary adjustments, internal mobility, and compensation-related decisionmaking.
