Purpose of the RoleAs a Junior Campaign Specialist, you will partner with a portfolio of new clients to help them launch their first online advertising campaigns, making a significant impact on their business. Youll work in a target-driven atmosphere, focusing on individual and team goals.
Responsibilities




- Serve as a trusted consultant to onboard and develop PPC campaigns for customers.
- Understand and identify customer needs and objectives.
- Drive campaign spend, upsell opportunities, and ensure sustainability.
- Handle a high volume of potential clients daily through phone calls.

RequirementsPreferred Skills and Experience:
- BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Communications is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in sales and/or online advertising.
- Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, compliance, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective pitching and proposal writing.
- Good time management skills to organize daily tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical abilities.
