In this leadership role, you will supervise station personnel and ensure top-tier culinary standards. Specifically, you will manage kitchen shifts, execute technical recipes, oversee inventory and FIFO controls, and enforce HACCP safety protocols. By doing so, you will deliver an extraordinary culinary experience across every shift.

Your Mission: Culinary Excellence & Station Leadership
Your primary goal involves driving kitchen operational success across our 5-star dining outlets. To achieve this, you will lead station teams and oversee food preparation. At the same time, you will keep inventory precise and minimize waste. Therefore, you will run daily briefings, supervise food plating, manage refrigeration temperatures, and step in for the Sous Chef when required. As a result, you will eliminate kitchen bottlenecks and protect our resort’s reputation for luxury gastronomy.
