Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Spa Therapist / Aesthetic Specialist to provide personalized, high‑quality massage treatments and facials at our brand‑new luxury spa. The role involves creating a serene and welcoming atmosphere while delivering expert care to enhance guests’ wellness journeys.
Essential Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage and body treatments that relax and rejuvenate guests.
- Administer personalized facial treatments and skincare consultations.
- Act as a wellness advisor, customizing treatments to address mind, body, and spirit.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Assist with retail product sales and recommend products to guests.
- Maintain clean, organized treatment rooms, ensuring proper sanitization and restocking.
- Support spa reception, managing online and phone reservations and providing professional service.
