In this Category Planner role, you manage mid- to long-term material planning and supplier relationships to secure availability at qualified prices. You’ll partner with global and regional procurement to optimize sourcing, working capital, and service levels. The position focuses on data-driven decisions, BOM stewardship, and end-to-end supply planning to support Bacardi brands. You’ll contribute to sustainability, value chain, and partnership pillars while driving material strategy at scale.

• Mid- and long-term material availability planning aligned with the Master Production Plan
• Support innovations and projects from a materials perspective
• Make data-driven decisions to maximise material availability
• Own planning issues and follow up on shortages affecting production
• Coordinate with supply center teams for accurate call-off against requirements




• Serve as planning representative for NPD BOM changes
• Custodian of BOM master data for accurate product management
• Ensure timely supplier invoicing in partnership with BES team
• Collaborate with suppliers to manage deliveries, forecasts, and performance
• Develop and adhere to supplier SLAs and review supplier performance
• Drive supply chain optimisation and continuous improvement in material planning
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise supplier strategies across pillars (Sustainability, Value Chain, Partnership, Superior Availability)
• Demonstrate End-to-End Planning experience in FMCG
• Communicate clearly to influence business decisions
• Proactively identify trends and translate data into actionable insights
• Maintain strong organisational and planning capabilities
