You will serve as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them maximize the value of our solutions while partnering cross-functionally with Product, Support, Sales, and Implementation teams to drive successful customer outcomes. Position Overview As an EMEA Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing strategic customer relationships throughout the region. You will help customers realize business value, increase product adoption, mitigate risk, and drive long-term retention.
The ideal candidate brings strong enterprise Customer Success experience, is comfortable navigating complex customer environments, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and customer-centric organization. Experience within agriculture, AgTech, food production, or related industries is highly desirable.
