Position
Network Engineer for its general operations in Madrid. He/She will play a critical role in managing and optimizing company’s network infrastructure.
Candidate Profile
-
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in network engineering or a similar role.
- Excellent at diagnosing and resolving complex network issues quickly and under pressure.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols and systems. Proficient with TCP/IP, routing (e.g., OSPF, BGP) and switching (VLANs, STP),
and experienced with enterprise network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, APs).
- Hands‑on experience with network security devices and concepts.
- Knowledge of ITIL or similar IT service management frameworks.
- Experience working in a multi‑national environment or on international teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Team‑oriented attitude.
Key Responsibilities

- Manage Network Architecture & Topology Design: Plan and develop the network’s structure (LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi) to meet business needs, ensuring the design is scalable, secure, and well‑documented.
- Network Hardware Management: Install, configure, and maintain network devices (switches, routers, firewalls, access points) in the office and data center, keeping all equipment updated and running optimally.
- Performance Monitoring & QoS: Use network monitoring tools to track performance and reliability.
