Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

Program Timeline

- Starting date: October 1st 2026 until September 30th 2027
- The selection process will take place from May 2026 to September 2026.

What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree,



where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early October 2026, and will last 11 months. It is a full‑time experience (40 h per week), and you will receive an attractive study grant.

What do we do?

- We assemble and test Airbus Helicopters rear fuselages, and develop FAL/Pre‑FAL concept on governmental programs.
- We analyze and solve production issues, preventing assembly line impacts and eradicating recurrence.
- We are in permanent contact with the shop floor and operators, who work hand in hand with our helicopters.
- We constantly provide data‑driven improvement solutions to the shop flo
