About the Role:
The Finance Trainee will support the financial operations and case management activities across the Iberia region, gaining hands‑on experience in project economics, invoicing, financial systems, reporting, and internal controls. Working closely with Finance, Staffing, HR, and Case Management teams, this role contributes to monitoring project performance, preparing forecasts, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining compliance with general financial standards. It is an opportunity to develop strong analytical skills,



understand end‑to‑end financial processes, and grow within a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support monthly financial processes, including project economics, invoicing accuracy, revenue tracking, and financial reporting.
- Assist in the end‑to‑end case management cycle: case opening, contract coordination, economic analysis, and compliance checks.
- Maintain financial data integrity across systems (SAP, Infor, internal platforms), ensuring updates, reconciliations, and corrections are completed accurately.
- Monitor work‑in‑progress, accounts receivable, billability, and project profitability, escalating risks when needed.
- Prepare revenue backlog reports, forecasts, and ad‑hoc financial analysis to support decision‑making.
- Review client contracts to ensure alignment with commercial terms and internal policies.
