and balance-of-plant equipment, including:PV ModulesBattery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)Medium Voltage & High Voltage equipmentTransformersSwitchgearSCADA & Communication SystemsMounting StructuresCablesCivil and Mechanical materialsPrepare RFQs, tender documentation, commercial evaluations, bid comparison reports, and procurement recommendations.Lead technical and commercial negotiations with international suppliers and subcontractors.Build and maintain strategic relationships with integral manufacturers and key suppliers.Evaluate supplier capabilities, manufacturing capacity, pricing, delivery performance, quality standards, and financial stability.Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Logistics, Quality, and Finance teams throughout the procurement lifecycle.Monitor supplier manufacturing schedules, inspections, Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), shipping, customs, and on-time del
