Your Role on Our Mission

- The perfect combination – You manage sales and customer success, from the first enquiry to long-term support.
- Advise and convince – You advise parents and students, recommend the best learning solutions, and find suitable tutors.
- Close deals – You close deals, inspire families with our tutoring packages, and successfully finalise contracts.
- Build customer relationships – You strengthen customer loyalty,



manage your customer portfolio, and optimise the learning experience.
- Upselling and referrals – You increase sales through upselling strategies and strategically encourage referrals.

What Will You Bring

- Native French language skills (C2) - You communicate confidently with French-speaking parents and can get them excited about our offering.
- Sales mindset & initiative - You love to convince people, actively expand your customer base and set yourself ambitious goals.
- Strong communication skills - you are persuasive, listen carefully, find solutions and manage to build trust.
- Experience in sales or customer service (a plus) - Have you already had your first contact with sales or customer service? Perfect
- Experience with CRM systems (an advantage) - If you have already worked with CRM tools, you are well prepared.
