What you will do
- Take incoming contacts (telephone and email) and solve user demands
- Log call details on call‑management systems and resolve within SLA
- Maintain service and product knowledge for client‑specific applications
- Understand the customer profile and communicate appropriately
- Ensure contractual SLA compliance
- Act as a Brand Ambassador for the company and its products

Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan,



advanced English
- Positive disposition for a customer‑service environment and teamwork skills
- Customer care skills: listen, understand needs, and take ownership to resolve or escalates calls
- Initiative and availability for training and adaptation
- Experience in fashion or boutique client services
- Interest and passion for fashion, knowledge of latest trends
- Experience in e‑commerce post‑purchase client service
- Proficiency in Payment Method platforms
- Knowledge of CRM software and emotional intelligence to empathically solve problems
