About the Role
This Air Traffic Controller (ATCO) position is focused on Aerodrome (Tower) and/or Approach control within a major international airspace environment. The role is designed for experienced controllers who are fully licensed and endorsed to manage complex aircraft movements both on the ground and in controlled airspace. The primary purpose is to ensure the safe, orderly,



and efficient flow of air traffic in accordance with ICAO standards, local regulations, and the unit’s operational procedures.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and control inbound, outbound, and surface/aerodrome aircraft movements, ensuring safe separation and efficient sequencing in accordance with ATCO licence privileges and competency endorsements.
- Provide Air Traffic Services (ATS) in strict compliance with ICAO provisions, local regulatory requirements, and the unit’s operational instructions and procedures.
- Make rapid, accurate decisions in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, situational awareness, and operational performance.
- Actively support and adhere to the organization’s Safety Management System (SMS) and Quality Management System (QMS), contributing to a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
