Your key responsibilities
- Provide support to the Perfumery and Beauty Documentation team (administrative and technical);
- Follow Standard Operational Procedures;
- Daily review, distribution, coordination and follow‑up of requests and tasks to the team;
- Guarantee documentation templates,



internal material and folders are up to date;
- Prepare standard documents and basic questionnaires for worldwide customers;
- Use different internal software systems and Microsoft Office for daily work.
