For our school in Vilagarcía de Arousa we are looking for an Academic Coordinator to join our team

Your role
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Guide and support teachers in lesson planning, student evaluation, and school events.
- Monitor student progress and ensure meaningful follow-up with families (progress, attendance, grades, reports, development, meetings...).
- Conducting evaluations at the end of each trimester/story.
- Conduct internal and external teacher audits to ensure high teaching standards.
- Administer quarterly assessments for selected student levels.
- Review and evaluate internal audits, and coordinate external audit processes.
- Plan and manage the academic calendar, including curriculum scheduling and the school year timetable.
