Job Description
As a People Operations Intern based in Barcelona, your mission will be to learn and support the People Operations team in assisting EcoVadis professionals across Southern Europe (Spain, France, and Italy), with a main focus on Spain. This position is ideal for someone looking to start their career in Human Resources,



bringing operational efficiency and a proactive attitude to ensure an excellent employee experience. You will be a key support in fostering a culture of support, inclusion, and sustainability.

The internship will last for 4 months.

During your internship, your core responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

Employee Journey Support (Onboarding to Offboarding):

- Assist the team in preparing employment contracts, addendums, and lifecycle documentation.
- Support the collection of required onboarding paperwork and facilitate coordination with IT for system accesses and equipment management.
- Help prepare exit (offboarding) processes, ensuring the integrity of employee files.
