We're looking for an enthusiastic Office Coordinator to become the heart of our office operations, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and efficient workplace experience for employees, visitors, and partners alike.
Your Role Highlights – Your Responsibilities
- You will coordinate daily office operations and ensure the smooth running of workplace services.
- You will welcome visitors, manage access control, and act as the first point of contact for external and internal stakeholders.
- You will support employees with office-related requests and coordinate internal communications.
- You will manage office supplies, canteen services, meeting room bookings,



and documentation processes.
- You will coordinate and follow up with external service providers, including cleaning, maintenance, vending, and other facility-related suppliers.
- You will manage and monitor tickets through, ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
- You will support the management of orders, consumptions, and invoices through SAP and other internal systems.
- You will maintain and update operational data and reports.
- You will monitor office-related KPIs, helping to identify improvement opportunities and optimize costs and services.
- You will proactively anticipate workplace needs and contribute to a positive employee experience.
