You can find more information about Sobi at Regional Sales Manager (RSM) plays a key role in driving the successful commercialization within an assigned geographic area.

Reporting to the Business Unit Director, Metabolic Diseases, the RSM is responsible for delivering regional sales performance, leading and developing a high-performing field team, and ensuring excellence in customer engagement and account execution. The role translates national strategy into local action, builds strong relationships with key stakeholders,



and ensures patients have timely access to innovative therapies.

The RSM acts as a role model for Sobi's values and fosters a culture of accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement.

Regional Leadership & Performance Management

- Deliver regional sales, activity, and business objectives aligned with national goals.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Key Account Managers.
- Monitor individual and team performance through clear objectives, KPIs, and development plans.
- Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and talent development initiatives.

Field Force Excellence & Execution
