Design, configure, test, and implement business requirements across multiple Workday Financial module(s).Manage the project scope, quality, timeline, communication, and overall delivery. Provide oversight, guidance, instruction, learning opportunities, and coaching to team members.Conduct working sessions with clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.



Assess vigente client needs and propose recommendations and/or alternative solutions to meet client goals. Advise clients on best practices, recognize, and recommend process improvements, and implement system enhancements.Consult to touch points, dependencies, and integration aspects across multiple area(s) of Workday to provide a comprehensive solution to clients.Understand different country regulatory and statutory requirements and how these can be met with Workday.Lead portions of client sales meetings as a Subject Matter Expert; scope potential projects for area(s) of expertise.Work across internal teams and clients to identify and resolve all issues that may impact project scope and/or Go Live; ensure alignment across project plans and allocated budgets.Frequently discuss and articulate lessons learned from previous experience, Workday best practices, and Kognitiv's Point of View.Strive to innovate and su
