About the Company & is a Danish‑owned international real‑estate group specialising in new‑build and off‑plan properties. We operate across Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, and Dubai, connecting European buyers with properties across Spain.
Key DetailsJob type: Full‑time, permanent contract. No remote or hybrid option. Workdays: Monday‑Friday, 10:00‑18:00 or 12:00‑20:00. Two weekend shifts per month, planned in advance.

Responsibilities
- Call warm prospects who have already expressed interest in buying property in Spain.
- Build genuine rapport, qualify their interest, and understand their buying intentions.
- Book a minimum of 2 online meetings per day for our real‑estate agents.
- Follow proven call structures and personalise them.
- Keep accurate CRM records after every call.
- Represent & with professionalism and energy.

Requirements
- Fluent in French and Dutch as a native language (essential).
- Solid English speaking skills (required).
- Based within 30‑40 minutes of Bel‑Air, Cancela, Estepona.
- Available to work full‑time from the office – no remote or hybrid option.
- Comfortable and confident on the phone – warm, genuine, and natural.
- Self‑motivated and self‑driven to meet daily targets.
