We are looking for a German‑speaking Digital Marketing Ads Specialist who can navigate the complexities of the German market. You will onboard and engage high‑potential companies – the unicorns of tomorrow – while building strong client relationships, driving product adoption, reducing churn, and identifying opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Do

- Serve as a trusted advisor, onboarding new clients and creating high‑performing PPC campaigns.
- Conduct outbound calls to promote and sell services to businesses in Germany.
- Understand customer objectives and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.




- Design strategic campaigns for immediate impact and long‑term performance.
- Drive campaign growth through upselling and increasing spend.
- Maintain an accurate, up‑to‑date client database.
- Handle a high volume of client interactions daily.

What We’re Looking For
Requirements

- Education: BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing or Communications preferred).
- Languages: Native or C2‑level German + fluent English.
- Experience: 2+ years in sales and/or marketing, with strong client‑facing experience.
- Proven ability to work independently and deliver impactful results.
- Experience managing customer relationships and optimizing CRM systems.
- Familiarity with AI tools to enhance workflows and personalize outreach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Goal‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative mindset.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze market trends.
