In this role you lead the Ops Enablement team within Criteo's Product and Ops Enablement, turning priorities into practical operating models and scalable ways of working. You collaborate with Product Enablement, Ops, Ru0026amp;D, and regional teams to align initiatives with business goals. You drive process adoption, tooling uptake, and continuous improvement, translating product changes into day-to-day guidance. You track adoption, measure impact, and lead change management to improve efficiency and consistency. The role offers scope to influence how Ops operates at scale in a global, data-driven culture.

• Lead and coach the Ops Enablement team to ensure high-quality, timely delivery
• Set clear priorities, assign work, and provide feedback for individual development
• Drive execution of initiatives around process adoption, tooling adoption, and operating ways of working




• Coordinate with Product Enablement to translate product changes into actionable guidance for Ops teams
• Partner with Ops Strategy, Product, Ru0026D, and regional teams to manage dependencies and ownership
• Gather and structure field feedback, identify gaps, and translate insights into improvements
• Track adoption and impact of enablement initiatives using data and qualitative input
• Identify opportunities to simplify and standardize processes and lead change management
• Foster a collaborative, accountable, continuous-improvement culture within the team
• Represent Ops Enablement in relevant groups and communicate risks and decisions to leadership
• Provide regular updates on achievements, blockers, risks, and required support

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in AdTech, digital advertising, programmatic, or related tech-enabled environments
• Experience in Operations, Ad Operations, Customer Success
