Senior Principal in Organizational Strategy leads transformative engagements that translate strategy into actionable operating models, structures and governance. You work with leadership to design end-to-end transformations for multinational clients, coaching senior leaders and delivering value across complex programs. You will shape proposals, guide health checks, and oversee delivery with cross-functional teams. This role combines strategy, organization design and change management to drive measurable impact and sustainable change.

• Scope and lead transformation interventions incorporating design, analytics, process and culture change

• Build and lead collaborative, development-focused teams and coach individuals to reach potential
• Facilitate workshops and discussions with leaders up to Board level to balance needs and decide
• Act as relationship manager for at least one large, complex, multinational client
• Support translation of strategic direction into organizational capabilities
• Lead QA/peer reviews for transformation interventions
• Define and scope solution architecture for transformation initiatives as lead or contributor

Responsabilidades
• 7-10+ years of relevant consultancy or senior client HR/OD experience in complex environments
• Experience leading large-scale business transformation and strategy implementation
