We're looking for a Senior Application Support Engineer (3rd level) to join our team in Madrid, Spain in a hybrid working mode. In this role, you will be the primary expert for maintaining and optimizing the bank's Client Lifecycle Management (CLM) system. You will ensure operational readiness, manage incidents and problems, and provide root-cause analysis for complex issues. This position demands strong technical capabilities, including database troubleshooting, basic Java knowledge, and Linux/Unix administration skills, combined with a clear understanding of banking processes and agile methodologies. You will work closely with application users, IT Service Owners, and other stakeholders to guarantee smooth operations and high availability in a mission-critical environment.ResponsibilitiesDeliver Level 3 application support for the CLM system within an agile organizationDiagnose and resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analyses, and identify improvement opportunitiesWork with database systems (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
