Responsibilities

- Make outbound customer calls to promote and sell services
- Create, maintain, and update a customer database with complete information
- Consolidate and build the customer base
- Record outbound call history and customer responses in detail
- Monitor competitors' products or services and develop selling strategies
- Handle customer needs and inquiries
- Ensure consistent customer follow-up

Requirements

- Language Skills: C2 level of French with good English skills
- 18 months sales experience is preferred
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with limited supervision




- CRM Experience: working knowledge with CRM systems
- Communication Skills: effective communication skills, able to express ideas clearly, foster collaboration, and build strong relationships
- Goal-Driven: comfortable in a goal-driven environment and attaining goals with a broader team
- Presentation Skills: good communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
