As a Senior Product Designer on the design system team, you will enable product teams to consistently build premium experiences at scale for millions of customers. Your week is a mix of contributing to and maintaining the design system together with the DS designers and engineers, while collaborating with product teams to develop their projects.

What you'll do
- Co-own the design system: contribute to the growth and consistency of Bitpanda's DS by designing patterns, components and tokens and managing libraries, while creating clear and accessible documentation
- Lead end-to-end DS initiatives:



own DS projects in product teams from start to finish, aligning closely with engineering and product requirements and leading solutions across all user scenarios
- Collaborate cross-functionally with designers, product managers, engineers and other stakeholders to turn accessibility, business and user needs into simple, intuitive solutions that work at scale
- Evolve DS operations: contribute to grow and improve internal processes, frameworks and tooling for more efficient development and usage of the design system
- Mentor and advocate: support peers, give feedback and guidance on design systems, and promote DS value and adoption across teams
