E-invoicing and e-reporting models are proliferating around the globe and this is a great opportunity to be at the heart of this business-critical area for Amazon. We are looking to hire a talented tax manager who has been part of an E-Invoicing mandate, having advised on or delivered an e-invoice implementation previously. The role may be based in one of Amazon’s established European offices (Barcelona, London,



Warsaw). Regular travel to other locations is likely.
Key job responsibilities
- Monitor, track and evaluate legislative developments such as the EU’s ViDA programme and individual country developments, working with colleagues in VAT Policy and regional Tax Planning teams.
- Analyse published law and guidance to draft comprehensive Tax Requirements Documents plus other briefing materials that clearly articulate the impact on Amazon’s business operations.
- Leverage AI and automation tools (including Amazon’s internal AI platforms and tax technology solutions) to monitor regulatory developments, analyse legislative texts, and accelerate the drafting of materials.
- Support the development and refinement of AI-driven workflows
