About the RoleWe are looking for Part-Time Check-In & Guest Experience Agents to welcome guests to our apartments, support their arrival, and ensure an exceptional first impression.




You will represent Homeclub in the most tangible way — being the face of our brand during each guest’s arrival. This role involves visiting different properties across the city, so being comfortable driving one of our electric scooters is essential.

What You’ll Do
- Welcome guests across our portfolio of apartments in Madrid, ensuring a smooth and personalized check-in experience.
- Deliver a warm, professional, and memorable first impression, reflecting Homeclub’s premium service standards.
- Ensure each property is guest-ready before arrival (cleanliness, maintenance, amenities, Wi-Fi, etc.).
- Explain property features clearly, including access, appliances, and general usage.
- Resolve small last-minute issues on-site with agility and professionalism.
