identify and implement tailored solutions that meet the evolving needs of patients and HCPs, positioning Roche at the forefront of the field.Lead the regional medical strategy with the autonomy to influence national decision‑making.Beyond execution, take ownership of the design and implementation of your region's Territory Medical Plan (TMP) from evidence generation to medical education and clinical trial support.Proactively profile KOLs and centers to uncover new opportunities for scientific collaboration, turning complex data into actionable strategies.Serve as the scientific face of Roche: lead high‑level exchanges on our portfolio and research pipeline, providing expert insights on scientific queries.Influence the medical landscape by identifying local evidence generation opportunities and supporting investigator‑initiated studies (IIS), working closely with the Medical Managers.Champion scientific knowledge by organizing
