- Qualify leads and convert opportunities in a fast-paced inside sales environment
- Execute structured outreach campaigns across priority industries
- Launch and support pilot advertising campaigns to demonstrate early success




- Work closely with account managers to ensure seamless client onboarding
- Hit (and exceed) activity, conversion and revenue targetsWhat you bring- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or lead generation
- Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and marketing decision-makers
- Results-driven mindset and comfort working with KPIs
- Interest in digital advertising, media or technology- €24k–€30k OTE with strong performance incentives
