At Mahle SBS as a Technical Support Advisor on our team, you will:

- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via e-mail and phone.
- Addresses, responds and resolves to customer inquiries on products and services, including installation, operational functions, troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Provide response in a timely manner to customers queries and focuses on building close long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

- Delivers training to OEM´s and assemblers as per request and business needs.
- Deploys high level knowledge in the market and collect information for corrective action & improvement.
- Takes control of OEM´s claim by escalating to key company areas if necessary.
