In this role you drive brand and growth for , turning casual visitors into loyal users. You bridge Marketing, Product, IT, and Meteorology to translate integral vision into local execution in Spain, with a hybrid Madrid setup. You own the growth loop—from brand perception to habit formation—focusing on retention and lifecycle engagement. You will shape GTM campaigns, audience strategies, and tech-enabled SEO to defend organic growth against AI disruption. • Own identity, voice, and value proposition across digital products
• Develop an omni-channel marketing strategy to drive adoption, usage, reach, and retention
• Design loyalty, community, and subscription value propositions to deepen engagement
• Conduct market intelligence via user research and competitive analysis
• Lead GTM campaigns and product launches; manage a cross-functional marketing calendar
• Collaborate with Product, Communications, and local teams to align on priorities

• Model and report on organic traffic health and AI-driven referral trends
• Manage ASO for iOS/Android and run paid campaigns with LTV/CPI discipline
