Position overview: The Partner Development Manager role is vital in spearheading Autodesk's initiatives to expand its partner ecosystem in EMEA mature. The focus is on identifying, recruiting, and onboarding high-potential partners to our existing Partner landscape. This position is essential for enhancing Autodesk's market reach and propelling growth as a platform company in EMEA. You will be reporting to the EMEA-Mature Director for Gold & Scale Partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner Identification: Identify potential partners aligned with Autodesk's strategic initiatives and market goals. Research and assess market trends to discover partners that could enhance Autodesk's ecosystem.
- Partner Recruitment: Execute recruitment strategies to attract high-potential partners.



Communicate Autodesk's value proposition to engage and secure partnerships effectively.
- Onboarding and Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive onboarding processes to ensure seamless integration and early successes. Provide partners with necessary tools, resources, and support for effective enablement.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Foster strong collaboration and relationship-building within Autodesk's existing teams and new partners. Coordinate with different departments to facilitate strategic alignments and executing on planned strategies.
- Performance Measurement: Develop and execute plans to monitor partner performance and success metrics. Use performance reviews to drive continuous improvement and success.
