At InnoIT, we're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Program Director to lead a strategic cybersecurity transformation program within an international organization.

Requirements

-
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related field.
- 15+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or IT.
- 7+ years leading cybersecurity programs or large-scale transformation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Information Security, Cloud & IT Infrastructure, Networks, SDLC, and Security Risk Management.
- Experience managing executive stakeholders and reporting to C-Level.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional English proficiency (C1/C2).

Nice To Have

-
- Experience with ISO 27001, NIST, DORA, or NIS2.
- Experience in regulated industries.
- Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, PMP, or similar.





What You'll Do

-
- Lead a integral cybersecurity transformation program across multiple workstreams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, manage risks, dependencies, and blockers.
- Drive program governance and executive reporting through KPIs and dashboards.
- Ensure alignment between business and technical teams.

We can sponsor a Spanish work permit for qualified candidates. Sponsorship covers work authorization only.
