Responsibilities
As a Principal in the Energy & Utilities sector, you will be responsible for managing senior client interactions and play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Supervise complex projects and apply your knowledge of business and organisational principles to develop pragmatic strategies, design actionable insights, drive change‑management initiatives,



and develop and execute value‑accretive business cases.

Provide end‑to‑end project management to meet client expectations, including oversight of multiple workstreams and initiatives, delivery quality, and senior stakeholder management.

Leverage your Energy & Utilities expertise to understand client needs, frame strategic questions, and guide initiatives that address relevant sector challenges and opportunities.

Oversee the formulation of strategic, data‑enabled hypotheses and the subsequent advanced analysis of client, competitor, market, and industry data.

Translate complex analyses into clear, practical recommendations, compelling presentations, and decision‑making materials for senior client stakeholders.

Guide project teams in delivering high‑quality work, ensuring that outputs are rigorous, actionable, and aligned with the agreed objectives and timelines.
