Your role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Level 1 IT Support to join our team.

As a Level 1 IT Support you will be in charge of assisting the group’s technical infrastructure.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the vacation rental industry and contribute to the growth of our company.

Your Journey

- Provide first-level technical support (hardware, software, networks).
- Assist users with productivity tools (Google Workspace,



Microsoft 365), ERP and PMS platforms, and general SaaS tools used by the company.
- Log and follow up on tickets via the company’s ticketing system (e.g. Asana/Jira).
- Perform basic setup and maintenance of devices.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Level 2 support when necessary.

What do you bring to your trip

- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS).
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals (Wi-Fi, LAN) and basic troubleshooting.
- Experience with SaaS platforms and user administration.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Strong customer orientation and clear communication.
- Proactive attitude and ability to follow support protocols.
- Working proficiency in English (spoken and written).
