Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced IS Solution Architect – Workplace Security to drive the design, governance, and evolution of secure workplace solutions across Spain and Portugal.



The role combines deep technical expertise with strong security governance capabilities and focuses on protecting endpoints, identities, collaboration platforms, and corporate data while enabling a modern, compliant, and user‑centric workplace environment.

What You Do

- Define and maintain Workplace Security Architecture standards, principles, and reference architectures; drive Zero Trust adoption across workplace technologies and services.
- Design secure solutions for endpoint protection, device management, and remote access; govern security controls across Microsoft 365, collaboration platforms, and workplace services.
- Ensure secure integration of identity services including Entra ID, MFA, Conditional Access, and SSO; lead data protection initiatives including DLP and Information Protection.
- Develop and maintain workplace security policies, standards, and technical baselines; support risk assessments, exception manage
