The Role
You'll work directly alongside our Chief of Staff at the centre of the business, touching everything from sales pipeline support and market research to process improvement and day-to-day business coordination. This is a high-exposure role at a fast-moving AI startup: expect live sales pipeline support, hands‑on process work, and real projects with real visibility from week one.

What You'll Do
GTM

- Support outbound prospecting: research target accounts, build contact lists, draft outreach sequences
- Help maintain and update CRM (HubSpot) — contacts, pipeline hygiene, deal tracking
- Conduct market and competitive research to support positioning and sales conversations
- Assist with the preparation of sales decks, one-pagers, demo and marketing materials

Operations
