As a Reception Assistant, you will be the face of our hotel—welcoming guests, managing daily front desk operations, and ensuring exceptional service throughout their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Guest Reception & Support: Manage arrival and departure lists (check-in / check-out), and handle special requests or incidents for VIP guests, guests with reduced mobility, and others.
- Room Allocation & Phone Support: Assign rooms according to operational standards and guest preferences. Handle phone inquiries, wake-up calls, messaging, and mail.
- Billing & Cashiering:



Process billing for guest services/consumption, manage cancellations, archive charge tickets, perform daily cashier balancing, and execute foreign currency exchanges.
- Quality & Guest Experience: Handle guest feedback and complaints promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores. Log incidents in Polaris and enforce GDPR authorization protocols. Respond to pre-arrival guest requests via email, Booking, Expedia, etc.
- Sales & Information: Actively promote upselling, cross-selling, and ancillary sales. Provide recommendations on local attractions, transportation, excursions, and entertainment. Assist with booking inquiries outside standard Contact Center hours.
- Departmental Goals & Standards: Adhere to departmental procedures, quality standards, and customer data capture targets.
