Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
As Security Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation of the Security Department, ensuring the protection of guests, hosts, visitors, assets, facilities and information in accordance with Six Senses brand standards, local legislation and the approved budget.
My responsibilities include,



but are not limited to, the following:
Provide strategic leadership for all aspects of resort security, loss prevention, risk management and emergency preparedness.
Develop, implement and continuously improve security policies, procedures and best practices to maintain a safe and secure environment.
Conduct regular security risk assessments and recommend appropriate mitigation measures to protect people, property and business operations.
Monitor security conditions through internal and external intelligence, incident reporting and data analysis, taking proactive action where required.
Lead, motivate and develop the Security team through effective training, coaching, scheduling and performance management.
Ensure full compliance with all local legislation, fire life safety regulations, health and safety requirements, security protocols and corporate standards.
