This role supports the design, development and integration of automation solutions within smart machinery for sheet metal manufacturing.What you will be doingDesign,



program and test PLC-based control systems for industrial machinery.Develop and maintain automation architectures aligned with project specifications.Collaborate with mechanical, electrical and software teams to ensure successful system integration.Provide support in commissioning and testing activities in lab and field environments.Support multiple ongoing projects, ensuring timely delivery and issue resolution.Act as a technical reference to unblock complex mechatronic projects when needed.Your education & experienceBachelor's or Master's degree in Automation, Electronics, Industrial Engineering or a similar technical field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in PLC software development.Solid hands-on experience with one or more PLC platforms.What you need to succeedKnowledge of Beckhoff TwinCAT, B&R;, Siemens TIA Portal or similar PLC platforms.Understanding of fieldbus systems and protocols such as Profinet, EtherCAT, Modbus and OPC UA.Familiarity wit
